New terraced flat with swimming pool, furnished in modern style and super-equipped. We are located in a small village in the municipality of Budoni, Limpiddu, just 500 meters from the entrance of the ss131 that will allow you to reach the most beautiful destinations in Sardinia. The nearest beach, Sa Capannizza, is only 1,300 metres away and can be reached by car, bicycle or you can take advantage of the free “shuttle” service, only 50 metres from the house. The flat has a paved garden on two sides, one at the back of the house and one in front of the pool, with a hedge on two sides, where you can sunbathe. There is an outdoor shower, deck chairs for sunbathing and a barbecue area adjacent to the covered veranda with dining area or lounge where you can relax. In the living room there is a kitchenette equipped with all the accessories that we usually find in our homes, there are 4 seats at the table, in addition to those of the veranda and a comfortable double sofa bed with TV area. The bedroom has a double bed, while another 2 beds are in the living room in a double sofa bed, so the house can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
