Cottage Mediterranea

The comfortable and tastefully furnished Villa Mediterranea is located in Monte Nai which makes part of the known sea-resort Costa Rei in the south-east of Sardinia. The accommodations is located with two other villas on a totally fenced property with shared access. The property is just a short walk from the beach, which is about 80 m away. The property on which the holiday home is located is completely fenced, while the garden area belonging to the villa is not completely fenced: hedges provide the necessary privacy. The holiday accommodation has a lawned garden area, a 20 sqm covered veranda and a roof terrace with sea views (the roof terrace can be reached via an external staircase). In addition there are a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The two-storey villa with a living area of approximately 160 sqm has on the upper level a living room with dining area, a well-equipped kitchen (with direct access to the garden), three bedrooms (two with double bed and one with twin beds) and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with small bath tub). From the living area an internal staircase leads to the basement: here there is a bedroom with double bed (with windows in the upper wall area) and a bathroom with shower. The washing machine is located in a small service room. Facilities: Inside: satellite TV (hotbird), air conditioning in the upper sleeping area, kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, Internet with supplement.
