Villa Maria Lina is located in the condominium Turagri 2 in the final part of Costa Rei. The house has a double pedestrian access from the parking area in via delle Tuie but also with a private gate direct from Via delle Agavi. It has both front and back garden and this feature gives it excellent privacy. From the front garden there is access to the veranda which is also the main entrance to the house. Villa Maria Lina has a living room with fireplace and dining area with television, a small kitchenette with washing machine and dishwasher overlooking the veranda, two double bedrooms, a modern bathroom with shower, a loft with two single beds. From the little gate at the back of the garden you can easily reach the beach which is 150 metres away. For large groups of people we recommend booking the neighbouring villas with the name Tuie which you can find on our website.
