Chalet Bellavista

The holiday house Bellavista with nice sea view over the Gulf of Costa Rei is located in the south east of Sardinia, about 1,000 meters from the beach. The beach resort is reachable easily from Cagliari airport by car. The house Bellavista is located on a hill and offers a stunning sea view. From the road a few steps lead up to the house. First you enter the small fenced garden with lawn and outdoor shower. From here you enter the spacious covered veranda with dining table and chairs and barbecue, where you can enjoy the marvellous sea view. The holiday home is simply furnished and divided over two floors, a small living room with sofa and kitchenette, one bedroom with double bed and sea view, one small bedroom with bunk beds and one bathroom with shower. From the living room a wooden staircase with balustrade leads to the upper floor, here is a sofa bed that can accommodate up to two people. Amenities: Two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with bunk beds), 3rd bedroom under the roof (twin beds or one double bed), one bathroom with shower, one kitchenette with gas cooker, sink and refrigerator, washing machine, digital TV, covered veranada with garden furniture and barbecue, lawned garden, outdoor shower and parking in front of the house.
